1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged items (not caused by us).

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products for safety reasons.

Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/phone.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds are made via the original payment method (Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via Bank Transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash.
4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or product, we can arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except when the item is defective or incorrect.

If the error is from our side, Elegance Mart will cover the return shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated under our return policy.
